​Born and raised in Oahu, HI, our founder always believed that the best memories are made over a mountain of perfectly shaved ice. What started as a backyard dream blossomed into a family adventure when he teamed up with his number-one partner—his daughter.

​After buying a trailer and making all the modifications themselves, they hit the road bringing the authentic, nostalgic taste of a Hawaiian summer straight to your neighborhood.
